3. Ordering and Payment
- All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Jebs.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery Timelines:
- Ready-to-Dispatch Products: Orders for products that are in stock and ready to dispatch will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (subject to your location and courier service availability).
- Made-to-Order Products: Some products may take 10 to 15 business days to be delivered, as they are made-to-order or require additional processing time.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or other external factors.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- Domestic Orders: We deliver across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- International Orders: For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Cancellations

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
